River Hills
Built in 1850 this cream brick farmhouse needed some extra floor space and a bedroom. We added a breezeway, master suite above the garage and a new kitchen. We wanted the new build to seamlessly blend in with the original house so we used materials and antiques to add the character, these included decorative beam accents, paneling up the stairs, custom built mill work and timeless antiques.
In the kitchen we used a blend of oak and cream cabinets and backfaced the decorative glass cabinets and bar area with oak. The exposed brick fireplace helped to add texture and original character. Hardware we chose custom weaved leather and brass, a timeless mix with and equestrian flair.
